Lessons from The Ahl Bayt

If I speak out they would call me greedy towards power but if I keep quiet they would say I was afraid of death. It is a pity that after all the ups and downs (I have been through). By Allah the son of Abu Talib (2) is more familiar with death than an infant with the breast of its mother. I have hidden knowledge, if I disclose it you will start trembling like ropes in deep wells.

Donations For World Wide Cleft Lip and Palate Repair

Smile Train is one of the best charities a person can contribute to. 100% of ALL donations go to repair children in countries all over the world who are born with the facial difference known as Cleft Lip and Palate. One out of three (approximately) of these children suffer from an associated anomaly like a heart or kidney defect as well.

"Since March 2000 we have provided free cleft surgery for 301,053 children."

That's a lot of surgeries. For 250 dollars, you can be the one to pay for an entire surgery for a needy child who will benefit more than you know from this life giving procedure. Smile Train will accept any donation of any amount as well as scheduled donations given on a monthly basis which takes the worry out of remembering to practice charity.

CLP as we call it in the nursing biz, is one of my favorite causes because I worked for several years as a case manager for these amazing individuals and their families.
