Bound to Happen

I thought I was just pretending
all along, saying well, that's
bound to happen and it does and I say
well, that's bound to happen.
We all know that when we leave
the room, the room disappears.
We've known it since we were born
and sometimes we talk about it
with strangers knowing full well
that once they leave
all secrets follow
into the ether or the dark,
same thing and who can tell
time as it passes
when you are asleep,
the clocks looking you over?
It is a strange statistic
and one I am fond of until
it comes to the war zones. concentration camps.

Hey there strawberry. Oh come on...I've been reading Jack out loud for sooooooo long. Yea...things on a screen or a page tend to gather increased validity don't they? As opposed to sitting on the coffee table under a bunch of cigarette butts hahahaha.

Heh...my classmates.com profile hasn't been 'checked out' this much in the five years its been there.

Imagine my surprise. The dogs are out it seems.

Hope they don't check my police record too. Hahahaha. That would be soooooooooooooooo embarrassing to the local sharifs.

Back to work now. Run along.

But since you mentioned it Strawberry....the poem Jack is based on the nursery rhymm of:

Jack be nimble, Jack be quick.
Jack jump over the candlestick.

Much like Mary's OD is based on nursery rhymes which used to communicate alot of important details of history. If you are ever interested you ought to read Anne Sexton who rewrote Fairy Tales using things like Ms. Ball's "Cinderella" notion. Who said women didn't have something to say. They said it to their kids in the cradle. Then some arse holes got the bright idea that in their adulthood that they could take over the language and corrupt it. Its an old story and one we are quite familiar with being the target of such vile religious discrimination.

Why just today I noted a fellow who said something witty over at Sillimania Rac-blog about "cutting his own head off" just like Paul's was cut off. Making light, so to speak, of a real human tragedy perpetrated by "you know who"...Osama bin Laden.

You know...the guy everyone makes fun of because they don't know how to deal with the issues he raised to their ethnocentric minds. I only wish he'd have not done it that way. I was already working on getting into publication to teach people the right things about Islam.

I guess it just didn't work out that way. But at least I can say this Strawberry...at least I know that when people say things like that now, they aren't just joking around. They mean it. They really are racist.
