The Truth about the Haves and the HaveNots

Why does this book cost $6,000?

What an incredibly elitist bunch of paper pulp covered in bull malarkey. Really now. I can understand a couple hundred....and maybe a larger run. But this is a book meant to be only in the hands of those who probably have the least to gain from poetry (the very rich who can afford such poofery) and the most to contribute in terms of the social ills and contagions that make poetry not only a nice to have but a have to have. Never mind a diamond encrusted skull...the epitome of and probably warrants the price ..of 'high end' modern art.

This is just a simple rip off...no expensive processes or materials shall the buyer receive. Nope.
And for that matter a person hardly even gets a poem. Go figure. And at least it won't matter much if you spill a bit of mustard on it because quite frankly, no one's gonna notice.

I'll wait for the paperback version and not buy that either even if it is found at a garage sale.

It is not your style to not comment on the politics of the Middle East. What is your take on the current activities in area? Surely the West cannot be to blame for all the tribulations happening now-

Hi Thomas and yes....I haven't said much.

This is and was expected by those of us who are Shia and those of us who have long believed Nasrallah to be incapable of either telling a lie or making a mistake in terms of predicting outcomes in the ME.

He long ago said that each of the dictatorships and monarchies in the ME (none of them really 'natural ones') would fall. One after another they would tumble.

In a way it is 'only natural' but in another way it might be more profound than the mere overturning of bad leaderships. You know, the run of the mill failures. This many in a row signifies an opening for the Manifest Destiny (which the NWO likes to call a 'power vacuum' i.e. THEIR power vacuum hahaha) of others to become evident.

And yes that would most likely be the very large pair of Iran and Iraq as a larger Shia power bloc.

Peace and thanks for peeking in now and then. It's nice to know you do. And btw, I do post alot of this to facebook. Just not much commentary as I have been warned that too much big mouthedness is probably not conducive to my personal security.

I have been quite a fan of your site for a few years now- the passion for your beliefs are quite intriguing- truly sorry that there are those who wish to have you make flak-jackets a fashion statement for sharing your thoughts-
Poetry, for me, had consisted of the poems from secondary school - way back in the last millinium...That I felt forced to absorb-- ah, foolish youth! So, Bravo!! For bringing your poetry to a tenderfoot such as myself- I must say that ol' Mrs. Karzian will be flipping in her grave to know her old student is a huge fan...
Keep "Carmen..." going- you have fans all around the world...

Wow, that's such a nice comment. And yes, flak jackets and black tie ought not be required.

Peace to you and yours.
