Smile Train is one of the best charities a person can contribute to. 100% of ALL donations go to repair children in countries all over the world who are born with the facial difference known as Cleft Lip and Palate. One out of three (approximately) of these children suffer from an associated anomaly like a heart or kidney defect as well.

That's a lot of surgeries. For 250 dollars, you can be the one to pay for an entire surgery for a needy child who will benefit more than you know from this life giving procedure.
