Once people get past the general horror of seeing innocent people murdered in such horrendous ways, I'd like to point out something.

As a pediatric nurse specialist, these dead bodies were going to be dead anyway, from starvation. Almost every body I have seen is showing signs of DEFINITE MALNUTRITION.

That is because Israel has been methodically starving these people to death.
