I have been reading the news stories, seeing the pictures of the dead and dying in the Middle East, and I have been greatly moved by the level of pain and loss that is happening there now (as has always, really, been the case historically speaking...) If I could personally do something to stop the bombing, I would, that much I will promise you.
However, I sincerely doubt that US beer drinking trends are having any effect on the war in Lebanon/Israel. Regardless, we every-day citizens have no more control over the president's decisions than you have over what Hezbollah bombs today.
I think that the majority of the US Citizens wish for peace in the Middle East, we're not the war craving mongrels the world percieves us to be based on Bush's acts, or lack of them... Bush's popularity has plummeted lately, THAT should tell you what we beer drinking porno watching Americans feel about our government's actions.

Oh, I don't know if it is just the beer drinking. In fact, I believe it is the way they terrorize you on a daily basis in this country in order to prevent you from doing the real critical thinking required to decide that Israel is a Rogue State and has always been a Rogue State based on the usurpation of indigenous peoples and the vile policies of Zionism.
Zionism you see, is just awful business and unfortunately, some folks (including Jews) are no longer able to discriminate between a belief in God and a belief in a State.
Oh well....as you can see from saadi there...we have all the truth in the Quran. All of it is there. If however, that was all the Quran contained it would be impossible to accept such absolute convictions about an ethnic group.
The Quran however contains much more than that including the notion of the sperm determining the sex of the fetus and the nature of the universe, the function of linguistics and propaganda.
All my best and believe me, I know how hard it is to see me write what I am writing now. I understand. What you must keep in mind is that I actually know that the Quran is the word of Allah. Plain and simple. Just like the old days when religion was real and people feared consequences more than they feared death.

I can't wait to hear what my dog Bijou who is now cowering in a plastic dog house is going to tell me about how she felt when I abandoned her to the bombs. I know she isn't too happy about it now but the birds that have been visiting me in my sister's garden have promised me that they will pass on to Bijou news of my wherabouts.
And the cats. Oh man. The cats. They will wear the finest of collars and they will also give witness to the times I honored their existence in this life. The times when I spoke to them even though they couldn't answer and the times when I accused them of being selfish. They will say, "Yes! We were!"
And Moses. Poor old Moses. I just found old Moses a week before the dismemberment of Lebanon by the vicious Zionist Oppressors. He was quite the gerbil! Very furry and he and his two wives by now are just about to have their first families. I must say, those babies might have to be fed to the cats but no doubt, they understand it all and will witness also their gratitude at having been chosen by a good muslim woman and placed in a house full of several children who are desperate, afraid and probably, very bored because they do not understand war or lightning, the lightning of phosphorus bombs. They will play together and comfort one another.

I left my home open to the entire tribe. They are now with one another and if they die, they die together. Hopefully, it will be short in that case and no one will be an orphan. Even so, I know that muslims treat orphans quite well. In fact, they even treat poor kids who have parents who cannot support and feed them just like orphans and pay for their schooling when their parents are unable. They set up giant schools for non orphaned orphans.
